Refund policy

If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact our team within 60 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

What This Means:
Have a concern with results, fit, or performance?
We’ll work with you to resolve it — this may include a replacement, store credit, or partial refund.
(No need to return used or opened items.)

Want a full product refund?
If your item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, contact us within 15 days of delivery for a return authorization. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund your order total.

Received a damaged item?

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, if your item was defective/damaged.

  • Claims submitted after 7 days of confirmed delivery do not qualify

We periodically update our product packaging. However, the formula and ingredients remain the same. A difference in packaging does not constitute fraud or grounds for a chargeback.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, within 12 hours. If your order has not yet shipped and no tracking number has been issued, we’ll gladly issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number provided, it is considered fulfilled and can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Please note: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been shipped and a tracking number has been issued. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control (such as carrier delays, customs, or weather). These circumstances do not qualify for a refund. If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled and complete, in the event there are delays outside of our control.

Refunds for unopened returns take 5–10 business days after inspection.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on unused products.

If any issues arise with shipping that is our fault and shipping is delayed, we will issue a partial refund for your satisfaction.

For health and safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Disputes & Chargebacks:
By completing this purchase, you agree to our Return & Refund Policy as displayed on this page. You acknowledge that all items are sold as-is and any disputes must first be handled through our customer support at support@nuviahealth.co. Filing a chargeback for an item that has been delivered may result in denial of your claim, as we provide proof of delivery to the payment processor.

Subscriptions & Renewals
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be billed on a recurring basis (monthly, or as otherwise stated at checkout) until you cancel.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date through your account portal or by contacting our support team.

  • Refunds on Renewals: Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed. If you contact us before your order ships, we may issue a courtesy refund or cancel the shipment at our discretion.

  • Shipped Renewals: Once a renewal order has shipped, it is considered fulfilled and is subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

  • Reminders: It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription and cancellation prior to renewal.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, or other charges (“Customs Duties”) imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees charged at checkout. Customers are solely responsible for paying any applicable Customs Duties. Refusal to pay may result in delays, returned shipments, or forfeited goods, all at the customer’s expense. Nuvia Health is not responsible for such outcomes and makes no guarantee regarding the application of any de minimis exemptions.
